Solutions
Six buying situations, one plant behind them. Pick the programme that matches your channel - the packaging quoted for it is made on our own tooling, by the people who answer your messages.
Who We Package For
Each programme starts from what your channel actually needs: a landed cost, a microwave, a shelf, a drop test or a brand.
Wholesalers & Distributors
Full-container and mixed-programme orders of standard formats, priced at factory level with repeat SKUs held on running tooling.
Restaurants & Caterers
Hot, saucy and portioned food: compartment trays, leak-resistant soup bowls and clamshells that stay rigid through a delivery run.
Retail & Supermarket Chains
Shelf-ready packs with window options, barcode-safe print areas and carton builds matched to your DC rather than our pallet.
E-commerce & Amazon Sellers
FNSKU labelling, polybag-and-warning compliance, drop-test survivors and carton sizes picked to fit the platform fee table.
Food Manufacturers & Packers
Trays for your own line: dimensional drawings before tooling, sample runs at the cavity count you need and a fixed cycle to plan against.
Startups & Private-Label Brands
Low opening MOQ, embossed or printed logo, colour matching and a retail box you own - the route from pitch deck to stocked shelf.
Seven Material Programmes
Materials behave differently under heat, grease and a customer expectation, so each one runs on separate tooling instead of being forced into another job.
- Bagasse Food Containers Hot meals, saucy dishes and microwave service.
- Bamboo Fiber Packaging Deli, soup and noodle to-go with fitted lids.
- Blister Food Containers Cold deli, bakery, cheese and fresh produce.
- Cornstarch Food Packaging Cold-to-warm trays, meal prep and salad bowls.
- Food Cling Wrap Tray sealing, produce wrapping and cut rolls.
- Kraft Food Boxes Burgers, noodles, bakery and printed retail boxes.
- Kraft Paperboard Packaging Kraft paperboard bowls and containers with clear PET or PP lids, for meal prep, salad, deli and hot food service.
- Molded Pulp Packaging Compartmented meal trays and portion control.
How An Order Runs
Brief And Sample
Food, portion, heat profile, volume and target price. Existing tooling gets a physical sample; new geometry gets a drawing first.
Spec Lock
Signed-off dimensions, material, weight, colour, artwork and packing method - the reference every later batch is checked against.
Production Run
Moulding, trimming and inspection on site, with photo updates during the run and a retained sample kept from each batch.
Packing And Docs
Carton marking to your DC rules, loading photos and the food-contact reports your broker or buyer will ask for.
Customisation, Mould To Carton
OEM and ODM work is most of what leaves this factory, and it begins with a drawing rather than a catalogue page. Send a sample, a photo or a spec sheet and we return a mould layout with cavity count, cycle time and tooling cost broken out from the unit price.
- Custom mould geometry, depth and compartment count
- Logo embossing, in-mould labelling and flexo printing
- Colour matching and material substitution for cost or compliance
- Retail-ready packs: windows, sleeves, hang holes, gift boxes
Equipment You Will See On A Visit
Pulp to packed carton under one roof, so a sample and a production run come off the same machine.
Quality & Compliance
Claims here rest on third-party reports rather than self-declaration. The certificate covering the SKU you are quoting is available before you order, and every batch keeps a retained sample and an inspection record.

Visits, Audits And Reorders
Buyers walk the lines before they sign, and most of them come back. We schedule around your flight, run the mould you would order from while you are standing next to it, and hand over the batch records for the cartons you watched being packed.
If a trip is not possible, the same information arrives as a sample pack plus the inspection file for your production batch - and one account specialist stays on your line from quotation to reorder.
