Product Description
Depth is what lets a noodle dish travel. A shallow bowl carries broth as a thin film that loses heat immediately and sloshes over the rim on the first corner; a deep well keeps the mass of liquid hot, keeps the noodles submerged, and gives the packer a fill line that is obvious at a glance.
The ventless lid is deliberate. Asian delivery kitchens want steam held in the pack so the broth is scalding when it arrives, and a sealed rim also stops the lid creeping off in a stacked delivery bag. Curry and stew operators use the same shell for exactly the same reason.
Depth As A Heat Strategy
We hold the standard depth tooling in-house, so a repeat order matches the first sample without a new mould. A non-standard depth is a tooling programme, not a line change - budget the lead time accordingly.
