Product Description
Fried food fails in a pack in two ways: oil migrating through the wall, and steam falling back onto the crust. This body answers the first with a lining rated for hot oil contact, and the second by pairing the bowl with a dome that leaves an air gap above the pile instead of a flat lid pressed onto the coating.
Chicken shops and fries-led concepts use the size for a single-person meal with a drink-side portion of sauce. The deep round also drains better than a flat tray, so oil collects at the base rather than pooling under the food.
Crispness Is A Lid Problem
We can specify vent holes at the dome apex for a menu that fries heavy and travels long, or leave them out for a menu that needs heat retention. It is a tool detail, decided before the first sample rather than after a complaint.
