Product Description
Institutional and airline service is hard on a pack in ways a restaurant never is. The box is chilled, stacked, slid across a tray rail and opened one-handed at 30,000 feet. This body keeps its corners under that cycle, and the lid is tuned to a defined snap force so it opens cleanly without lifting the base off the tray.
